of <h1>Notifying Parties Must Publish Combination Details in Form III Within 7 Days Under CCI Regulations 2024</h1> Under the CCI (Combinations) Regulations, 2024, if the Commission believes a combination may adversely affect competition in India, the Secretary must inform the notifying party to publish details within seven days. These details must be in Form III as outlined in Schedule I. Before publication, the details must be submitted to the Commission, which may also post them on its website. The parties must publish the information on their websites and in all India editions of four leading daily newspapers, including at least two business newspapers, within the specified timeframe.
