of <h1>Regulation 33 of CCI (Combinations) 2024 replaces 2011 rules, preserving actions and rights under previous regulations.</h1> Regulation 33 of the CCI (Combinations) Regulations, 2024, repeals the 2011 regulations concerning business transactions related to combinations. However, the 2011 provisions will still apply to any notices submitted under section 6(2) of the Act before the new regulations take effect. Despite the repeal, actions taken, fees collected, and proceedings initiated under the 2011 regulations remain valid. Rights, obligations, and legal proceedings under the repealed regulations are unaffected, maintaining continuity as if the 2011 regulations were still in force.
