Repeal and savings: prior combination notices and actions under former regulations continue to have full effect despite repeal. The Regulations repeal the 2011 procedural Regulations when the new Regulations commence but provide that notices under section 6(2) filed before commencement continue to be governed by the former Rules; additionally, a savings provision preserves actions taken, fees collected, proceedings, decisions, inquiries, investigations, show cause notices, and any rights, privileges, obligations, liabilities or remedies arising under the repealed Regulations as if repeal had not occurred.
