Calling for report from Director General: Commission may seek a Director General report after a show-cause response is filed. Following receipt of a response to a show-cause notice in combination proceedings, the Commission may require a report from the Director General within a specified time, and the Secretary must convey that direction to the Director General together with the notice, the show-cause notice and response, and all documents, materials, affidavits and statements filed or otherwise available.
