Service of communications: notices under combinations regulations may use CCI General Regulations' mode or electronic transmission as appropriate. Service of communications and notices under these regulations must, unless otherwise provided, be effected by the procedure in the Commission's general regulations or by electronic transmission when the Commission considers it appropriate.
