of <h1>Fees for updating registered valuers' details and RVO particulars under 2017 Rules, with higher charges for structural changes</h1> Prescribes fees payable for filing changes in particulars of registered valuers and registered valuers organisations under the Companies (Registered Valuers and Valuation) Rules, 2017, with GST/other applicable taxes extra. For registered valuers, it fixes fee amounts differentiated for individuals and entities for changes in communication details, transfer of RVO membership, changes in board/partners, changes in constitutional documents, and other details; specified corporate/partnership structural changes attract higher fees, while some items are nil for individuals. For RVOs, it prescribes specific fees for changes in governing board composition, CEO/managing director, name, and registered office address. The operative effect is that such changes must be accompanied by payment of the stipulated fee to process the update.
