Cancellation or suspension of registration can be imposed for breaches of valuation laws, rules, or registration conditions. The authority is empowered to cancel or suspend the registration of a valuer or the recognition of a registered valuers organisation for non compliance with the Act, any other law permitting valuation, these Rules, or any condition of registration or recognition, and such action is to be taken in the prescribed procedural manner.
