of <h1>Organizations Can Apply for Valuers Recognition Under Companies Rules 2017; Authority Reviews & Decides Recognition Status</h1> An eligible organization meeting specified conditions can apply for recognition as a registered valuers organization under the Companies (Registered Valuers and Valuation) Rules, 2017. The application must be submitted with a non-refundable fee. The authority reviews the application, allowing 21 days to address deficiencies or provide additional documents. If necessary, the applicant may be required to appear before the authority. If the authority decides not to grant recognition, it must communicate reasons within 45 days, allowing the applicant 15 days to respond. The authority then makes a final decision, communicated within 30 days, to either grant or reject recognition.
