of <h1>Eligibility Criteria for Valuer Registration: Education and Experience Requirements Under Companies (Registered Valuers and Valuation) Rules, 2017</h1> An individual must meet specific educational and experience criteria to be eligible for registration as a valuer under the Companies (Registered Valuers and Valuation) Rules, 2017. This includes a post-graduate degree or diploma with three years of experience, a Bachelor's degree with five years of experience, or membership in a professional institute with three years of experience. The specified discipline must be relevant to the asset class for which valuation registration is sought. Equivalent qualifications are recognized by the Ministry of Human Resources and Development.
