of <h1>Committee Rule 19 recommendations for Companies Valuation Standards notification and amendments made mandatory before government changes standards</h1> The Central Government is mandated to notify valuation standards applicable under the Companies (Registered Valuers and Valuation) Rules, 2017, and is empowered to modify those standards from time to time. Such notification and modification must be based on the recommendations of the Committee constituted under rule 19, thereby making the Committee's recommendations a procedural prerequisite for issuing or amending the valuation standards.
