of <h1>Licensee Must Submit Warehouse Acknowledgements Within One Month or Face Penalties Under Sections 60 and 72.</h1> The licensee of goods must provide specific acknowledgements to ensure the due arrival of goods at a warehouse. Within one month of the order under section 60, an acknowledgement must be submitted to the proper officer confirming warehouse deposit. Additionally, within one month of removal, acknowledgements from the receiving warehouse and the customs station of export must be provided to the bond officer. Failure to comply results in the owner being liable for full duty, interest, fines, and penalties under section 72.
