Receipt of domestically procured goods: licensees must only accept and record goods with bond officer presence and permission. A licensee is prohibited from receiving or permitting unloading of goods at the warehouse except in the presence of the bond officer; upon the bond officer permitting receipt and deposit of domestically procured goods, the licensee must record the goods received.
