Permission validity: a granted permission continues until cancelled or surrendered under the Act and applicable rules. Validity of permission is that a granted permission remains in force until it is cancelled or surrendered, or until the related licence is cancelled or surrendered, in accordance with the provisions of the Act and the rules and regulations made thereunder.
