<h1>Licensee Can Remove Resultant Goods for Home Use After Filing Bill of Entry and Paying Duties and Penalties.</h1> A licensee is permitted to remove resultant goods from a warehouse for home consumption, provided a bill of entry for home consumption has been filed for the warehoused goods within the resultant goods. Additionally, all applicable import duties, interest, fines, and penalties must be paid. The removal of goods must occur in the presence of a bond officer. The licensee is required to retain a copy of the bill of entry and record the goods removed.
