of <h1>Publications Must Retract Unregulated Deposit Scheme Ads at No Cost Per Banning of Unregulated Deposit Schemes Act, 2019.</h1> Where any newspaper or publication contains statements, information, or advertisements promoting or soliciting deposits for an Unregulated Deposit Scheme, the appropriate government may require the publication to issue a full and fair retraction. This retraction must be published free of cost, in the same manner and position as the original content, as prescribed by the Banning of Unregulated Deposit Schemes Act, 2019.
