Retraction directive: government may require free publication of a full retraction where ads solicit deposits for unregulated schemes. Where a newspaper or other publication contains content promoting, soliciting deposits for, or inducing participation in an Unregulated Deposit Scheme, the appropriate Government may direct that publication to publish a full and fair retraction free of cost in the manner and position as prescribed, and in the same publication that carried the material.
