<h1>Central Government Empowered to Resolve Implementation Issues Under Section 43 of Unregulated Deposit Schemes Act, 2019</h1> Section 43 of the Banning of Unregulated Deposit Schemes Act, 2019, grants the Central Government the authority to address any difficulties in implementing the Act's provisions. The government can issue orders, published in the Official Gazette, to resolve such issues, provided these orders are not inconsistent with the Act. This power is limited to a period of three years from the Act's commencement. Additionally, any order made under this section must be presented before both Houses of Parliament as soon as possible after its issuance.
