Designated Court confirmation of provisional attachment requires notice to the deposit taker and interested claimants, opportunity to show cause, and may result in making the attachment absolute, varying it, or cancelling it; where attachment is maintained the court directs sale by public auction or private sale and realisation of proceeds for equitable distribution to depositors, subject to the court being satisfied that the person has an interest and sufficient assets remain for depositor repayment.
