of <h1>Rule 28: Securities Appellate Tribunal 2000 Rules Repeal 1995 Rules, Maintain Validity of Past Actions and Proceedings.</h1> Rule 28 of the Securities Appellate Tribunal (Procedure) Rules, 2000, repeals the Securities and Exchange Board of India Appellate Tribunal (Procedure) Rules, 1995. Despite this repeal, any actions or proceedings undertaken under the 1995 rules will be considered as having been conducted under the equivalent provisions of the 2000 rules.
