Service of appeal documents requires Registrar to serve memorandum and paper book on respondent upon registration by hand or post. The Registrar must deliver a copy of the memorandum of appeal and the paper book to the respondent as soon as they are registered in the registry, by hand delivery, Registered Post, or Speed Post.
