Documents to Securities Appellate Tribunal must be submitted in five sets, clearly printed, and properly organized.
Every appeal, application, reply, representation, or document submitted to the Securities Appellate Tribunal must be typewritten, cyclostyled, or printed clearly on one side of good quality foolscap-sized paper, double-spaced, with pages consecutively numbered and stitched together. The appeal must be presented in five sets within a paper book, accompanied by an empty file-size envelope with the respondent's full address. If there are multiple respondents, additional paper books and envelopes with each respondent's address must be provided. This requirement was amended in 2005 to increase the number of sets from three to five.
