Memorandum of appeal filing requirements: copies of the impugned order including a certified copy and representative authorisation must accompany the appeal. Rule 11 requires that a memorandum of appeal be filed in multiple copies and accompanied by copies of the impugned order, at least one being a certified copy, and, if a party is represented, by the authorised representative's authorisation and written consent.
