Limitation for filing appeal: appeals must be filed within prescribed period; tribunal may condone delay for sufficient cause. Every appeal must be filed within forty-five days from receipt of a copy of the order by the appellant; the Appellate Tribunal has discretion to entertain appeals filed after that period if satisfied there was sufficient cause for not filing within time.
