Amendment of financial benefit instruments: licensing authority may amend instruments to rectify errors or where necessary. The licensing authority may, on its own motion or on application by the licensee, amend any licence, certificate, scrip or any instrument bestowing financial or fiscal benefits as may be necessary or to rectify any error or omission in such instrument.
