Tribunal hearing notice must be advertised and served on objectors and participating authorities with a minimum notice period. The Tribunal shall fix a date for the hearing and advertise the notice in the same newspaper as the meeting notice or another directed newspaper at least ten days before the hearing, and shall also serve the notice on objectors or their representatives and on the Central Government and other authorities who made representations and requested to be heard.
