of <h1>Hearing Date for Petitions Must Be Advertised 10 Days Prior Under Companies Rules, 2016. Notices to Be Served.</h1> The Tribunal is required to set a hearing date for petitions under the Companies (Compromises, Arrangements and Amalgamations) Rules, 2016. Notice of this hearing must be advertised in the same or another designated newspaper at least ten days prior to the hearing date. Additionally, the notice must be served to objectors or their representatives, the Central Government, and other authorities who have submitted representations and wish to be heard, in accordance with the relevant sections of the Act.
