Company must supply scheme and statutory statement free within one day to requisitioning attending creditors or members. Every creditor or member entitled to attend a meeting is entitled, on requisition, to be furnished by the company with a copy of the scheme of compromise or arrangement and the accompanying statutory statement, free of charge and within one day of the requisition.
