of <h1>Report of meeting by Chairperson under Companies compromise rules must be filed within prescribed period, using Form CAA.4</h1> Rule prescribes that the chairperson of a meeting convened under the compromises, arrangements and amalgamations framework must submit to the Tribunal a written report of the meetings result. The report must be filed within the period fixed by the Tribunal, or if no period is fixed, within three days after conclusion of the meeting. The report is required to be in the prescribed format, Form CAA.4, making timely submission and compliance with the specified form mandatory for the meeting record.
