of <h1>Company Meeting Notice Must Follow Section 230(3) Rules: Advertise in Newspapers, Online 30 Days Prior</h1> The notice for a company meeting under Section 230(3) of the Companies Act must be advertised using Form NO. CAA.2 in at least one English and one vernacular newspaper with wide circulation in the state where the company's registered office is located. Additionally, it must be published on the company's website, and for listed companies, also on the SEBI and relevant stock exchange websites, at least thirty days before the meeting. If separate meetings for different classes of creditors or members are required, a joint advertisement may be issued.
