Compromise and arrangement orders must include Tribunal directions and be filed with the Registrar within a prescribed period.

Rule 17 empowers the Tribunal to include directions or modifications to a sanctioned compromise or arrangement for its proper working and requires the order to direct filing a certified copy with the Registrar of Companies within thirty days or such other period as fixed by the Tribunal; the order is to be in Form No. CAA.6, with necessary variations.
