<h1>Order on petition under companies compromise and arrangement rules permits Tribunal modifications and mandates certified order filing within prescribed time</h1> Rule provides that when a tribunal sanctions a compromise or arrangement it may direct any modifications or matters necessary for the proper working of the compromise or arrangement, with such directions forming part of the order. The order must require filing a certified copy with the Registrar of Companies within thirty days or such other time as fixed by the tribunal, and the order is to be drawn in the prescribed form (Form CAA 6) with necessary variations, thereby prescribing form and filing obligations.
