These rules can address various aspects, including the allocation of additional amounts, utilization of the Fund, administration procedures, public notifications about unclaimed amounts, and other necessary matters. Once formulated, these rules must be presented to Parliament for a total of thirty days, during which modifications or annulments can be made by both Houses. Any changes will not affect the validity of actions taken under the original rules.
