of <h1>Amendment to Customs Act Section 127L: References to Previous Sub-sections of 127C Omitted for Clarity and Consistency.</h1> Section 127L of the Customs Act is amended as follows: In sub-section (1), clause (i) is revised by omitting the reference to orders passed under sub-section (7) of section 127C, as it was before the commencement of section 102 of the Finance Act, 2007, or sub-section (5) of section 127C. Similarly, in clause (ii), the reference to sub-section (7) as it existed before the commencement of section 102 of the Finance Act, 2007, or sub-section (5) of section 127C is also omitted.
