          <h1>Senior Citizens' Welfare Fund: statutory chapter extends nationwide and comes into force upon Central Government notification of commencement.</h1> The chapter establishes the Senior Citizens' Welfare Fund as extending to the whole of India and provides that the chapter shall come into force on such date as the Central Government may appoint by notification in the Official Gazette.
