Eligibility of Indian Legal Service members now includes those qualified as Additional Secretary under the amended clause in section 245 O. The amendment substitutes clause (d) of sub section (3) to include a law Member from the Indian Legal Service who is, or is qualified to be, an Additional Secretary to the Government of India, thereby expanding eligibility under the provision to such officers.
