of <h1>Finance Bill 2014: Amends Service Tax, Excludes Radio Taxis, Defines Print Media, Sets Adjudication Limits, Empowers Govt.</h1> Clause 106 of the Finance (No. 2) Bill, 2014, proposes amendments to the Finance Act, 1994, concerning service tax. It excludes radio taxis from the definition of 'metered cab' and introduces a definition for 'print media.' It specifies the sale of space for print media in the negative list and imposes service tax on radio taxis. It sets time limits for adjudication, revises provisions for document seizure, and allows recovery of predecessor dues from successor assets. It also provides retrospective exemption for services by the Employees' State Insurance Corporation before July 1, 2012, and empowers the government to address implementation difficulties.
