Surcharge on aerated and sugar-added waters introduced under Finance Act amendment; tariff item for filter cigarettes removed. The Finance Act, 2005 is amended by substituting the marginal heading of section 85 and modifying the Seventh Schedule per the Ninth Schedule to impose a surcharge on aerated waters and other waters containing added sugar and to omit the tariff item relating to filter cigarettes.
