Tariff amendment adds import classification for waters with added sweeteners and removes an existing tariff item. The Seventh Schedule to the Finance Act, 2005 is amended by inserting tariff item 2202 10 to classify waters, including mineral and aerated waters, containing added sugar, other sweetening matter or flavourings, with a prescribed rate of duty, and by omitting tariff item 2402 20 60 and its related entries.
