Electronic transmission for service of company documents requires sender verification and retrievable records for valid delivery. Service of documents may be effected on a company, its officers, the Registrar or members by electronic transmission to contact points they have designated, including facsimile, electronic mail, designated message boards or other electronic means, provided reasonable systems exist to verify the sender and the transmission creates a record capable of retention, retrieval and review and renderable into a legible tangible form. Courier is defined as delivery with proof of delivery, and postal service is deemed effected for meeting notices after forty-eight hours and otherwise when delivery would occur in the ordinary course of post.
