of <h1>OPC subscriber must nominate a successor; changes require notification to Registrar within 30 days.</h1> A subscriber of a One Person Company (OPC) must nominate a person, with prior written consent, to become a member upon the subscriber's death or incapacity. The nominee's details are included in the memorandum and filed with the Registrar using Form No. INC-32 (SPICe+). If the nominee withdraws consent, the subscriber must nominate another person within fifteen days and file Form No. INC-4. Changes to the nominee can be made anytime, requiring notification to the Registrar within thirty days. Upon the sole member's death or incapacity, the new member must nominate another person within fifteen days, filing the necessary forms with the Registrar.
