Interstate registered office transfer filing requirement: certified Central Government approval must be filed in Form INC 28 with the Registrar within the prescribed time. When a Central Government order approves alteration of a company's memorandum to transfer its registered office between States, the certified copy of that order must be filed with the State Registrar in Form No.INC.28, together with the prescribed fee, within thirty days of receipt of the certified copy.
