        Revocation of section 8 licence requires Registrar intimation and an application in the prescribed form for status conversion. Where a licence granted to a section 8 company is revoked, the company must apply to the Registrar in Form No.INC.20 and pay the prescribed fee to convert its status and change its name, thereby completing the mandatory post-revocation filing and record-update requirement.
