Rectification of mistakes apparent from the record to be heard by the same bench, unless the President directs otherwise. An application for rectification of a mistake apparent from the record must ordinarily be heard by the same Bench of Members who heard the original appeal, subject only to a direction by the President that a different Bench hear the application.
