Rule 9 - What to accompany memorandum of appeal?

Filing requirements for memorandum of appeal: prescribed copies, certified or attested orders, and additional copies on bench reference.

Memoranda of appeal must be filed with prescribed numbers of copies and corresponding copies of the orders appealed: quadruplicate with four order copies (one certified) for two Member Bench appeals, triplicate with three order copies for single Member appeals, and an attested copy in appeals filed under direction of the Collector/Administrator/Board. Additional copies must be furnished when a single Member appeal is referred to a two Member Bench or a two Member appeal is referred to a Larger Bench. A procedural amendment requires submission of memoranda and documents on two pen drives, the amendment currently kept in abeyance.
