The Registrar is responsible for maintaining Tribunal records and may delegate duties to the Deputy or Assistant Registrar with the President's approval. In the Registrar's absence, these deputies can perform all Registrar functions. The official Seal is under the Registrar's custody and can only be used with written authorization from the Registrar or deputies. This authorization is necessary for affixing the Seal to orders, summons, processes, or certified copies issued by the Tribunal.
