of <h1>Tribunal Allows Hindi Submissions; Final Orders Must Be in English with Optional Hindi Versions and English Translation</h1> The Customs, Excise and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal's language is primarily English. However, parties may submit documents in Hindi if preferred. A Bench may allow Hindi during proceedings, but final orders must be in English. The Tribunal can issue orders in Hindi when deemed appropriate, provided each order is accompanied by an English translation, attested by the concerned Bench.
