of <h1>Government to Appoint Authority for Anti-Dumping Duty Implementation Under Customs Tariff Rules, 1995</h1> The Central Government is empowered to appoint a designated authority for the implementation of the Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment, and Collection of Anti-dumping Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995. This authority must be at least at the rank of a Joint Secretary to the Government of India or another suitable person as determined by the government. Additionally, the government may provide the designated authority with necessary personnel and facilities to fulfill their duties effectively.
