of <h1>Provisional Anti-Dumping Duty Imposed: Central Govt Sets Initial Six-Month Limit, Extendable to Nine Months Under Rule.</h1> The Central Government is authorized to impose a provisional anti-dumping duty based on preliminary findings by the designated authority. This duty cannot exceed the margin of dumping and will not be applied before 60 days from the public notice of investigation initiation. The provisional duty is initially valid for up to six months but can be extended to nine months upon request by exporters representing a significant portion of the trade involved.
