        Proclamation of sale required: Proper Officer must publish intended sale of immovable property in the district language. When immovable property is ordered to be sold under the Customs (Attachment of Property of Defaulters for Recovery of Government Dues) Rules, 1995, the Proper Officer must cause a proclamation of the intended sale to be made in the language of the district where the property is situated.
