Prohibition on dealing with attached property: private transfers contrary to attachment are void against enforceable claims. A notice under the attachment rules bars a defaulter or representative from mortgaging, charging, leasing or otherwise dealing with property without the written permission of the Proper Officer, and any private transfer or delivery of attached property or of related debts, dividends or monies in contravention of the attachment is void against claims enforceable under the attachment.
