Recovery through State Government: tax may be collected as an addition to municipal levies by the same person and manner. Where tax recovery in an area is entrusted to the State Government, the State Government may direct that the tax be recovered as an addition to any municipal tax or local rate and be collected by the same person and in the same manner as that municipal tax or local rate.
