Reservation of sale proceeds clarified: only amounts credited to the reserve and used for specified purposes apply, retrospective effect. The amendment substitutes the words 'such sale proceeds' in section 33AC(4) with language limiting the provision to 'so much of such sale proceeds which represent the amount credited to the reserve account and utilised for the purposes mentioned in clause (c) of sub-section (3)', and declares this substitution to be effective from 1 April 2004.
