Extension of section 80-IB deductions: statutory date references deferred, prolonging eligibility under the amended provisions of the Act. Amendment to section 80-IB, effective 1 April 2006, substitutes later date references: in sub section (4) fourth proviso the terminal date is changed from 31 March 2005 to 31 March 2007, and in sub section (8A)(iii) the commencement reference is changed from 1 April 2005 to 1 April 2007.
