Rules of Origin determination authority added to Customs Act to govern origin criteria and related customs matters. The amendment inserts a clause into section 28H(2) of the Customs Act authorising the determination of Rules of Origin for goods and other matters relating thereto, thereby empowering customs authorities to establish and resolve origin criteria and incidental procedural and substantive issues within the customs administrative framework.
